Cancellation Policy
WE GET IT, LIFE HAPPENS SOMETIMES SO IF IT IS NECESSARY TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU LET US KNOW AT LEAST 24 HOURS’ IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO AVOID CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING FEES. EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY WILL BE CONSIDERED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
CANCELLATION: IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 HOURS’ BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THERE IS NO CANCELLATION FEE AND YOU WILL BE REFUNDED 100% OF DEPOSIT. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE YOU WILL OWE HALF THE SERVICE TOTAL. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SERVICE TOTAL. IF YOU ARE A COMPLETE NO-SHOW YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SERVICE TOTAL. IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW MORE THAN ONCE, UNFORTUNATELY, YOU WILL BE CANCELED AS A CLIENT.
RESCHEDULING: IF YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 HOURS’ BEFORE YOUR MEETING TIME THERE IS NO RESCHEDULING FEE. IF YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF YOUR DEPOSIT. FINAL ADJUSTED BALANCE WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME OF YOUR RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
Inclement Weather Policy
We understand that inclement weather can make it difficult to keep scheduled appointments. We care for the safety of our clients. In the case that inclement weather interferes with scheduled appointments, Peachy Services will contact you to reschedule. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment due to inclement weather conditions, please give us as much advance notice possible. You will not be charged for rescheduling an appointment due to inclement weather.
Arrival Time
Please arrive to your appointment at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrivals allow for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule, If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will cancel and reschedule the appointment. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointment time. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. this will be at our discretion, thank you!
No Kids
No children are permitted in the salon studio unless being serviced.
